Dual-head Drilling

Mechanical drilling of holes to facilitate the provision of electrical continuity between layers. At this moment, the barrel of the hole has NO metallic deposit.

PCB Lamination

"Fix" the imaged inner layer cores and pre-preg by bonding them together at a specific temperature and pressure for a particular time to form a solid, rigid stack up.

Vertical CU Plating

Boards undergo a redox reaction to deposit copper on the surface of the original insulating substrate to achieve an electrical connection between layers.

Acid Etching

Remove the unwanted copper (not protected by the film) from the panel through etching, to leave copper circuitry that matches the image.

PCB Exposure

The circuit pattern is completed by exposure imaging and development etching technology. We remove dry film where we want to keep the copper/define circuitry.

Routing & V-cutting

We adopted advanced equipment to shape the boards. It refers to turning the big board into a small one and the corresponding shape treatment.

1. Manual Visual Inspection

To magnify glass or microscope to identify short circuits, open circuits, or some appearance defects on PCB.

Confirm component mounting on PCB through human vision and comparison.

This technology is one of the most widely used online testing methods.

Low pre-cost and no test fixture are its main advantages.

2. AOI Inspection

Inspection of the circuitry against digital“images”(based upon data) to verify that it is free from such defects as shorts, opens, etc.

A non-electrical, test fixture-free online technology.

With high detection success rate, easy to follow detection.

Fast shooting by AOI high-definition image camera can fundamentally solve the problem of short circuits, ajar, temporary, and other hidden dangers.

3. Function Test

Our earliest automatic test principle, which can be completed by various test equipment.

Our primary test method for specific PCBs or specific units.

Mainly two types: Final Product Test and HotMock up.

To simulate the use of the final product and to reproduce the product's performance in this process.

4. Flying-Probe Tester

Easier and faster to program than the traditional ICT testing method.

In addition, we can complete the debugging of the flying pin test in a shorter time than the conventional ICT test.

The fastest time to market (TimeToMarket) tool automatically generates tests, has no test-rack cost, good detection, and easy programming.

5. PCB X-ray Detection

Used in PCB inspection and high-difficulty processes, such as BGA and pop process design.

Its principle is to irradiate and project through X-ray, similar to manual X-ray photography, to detect the internal defects of the PCB board.

Good detection ability for blind holes and other processes

6. MDA

A good tool for diagnosing manufacturing defects in high production/low mixing.

Easy to follow detection and fast and complete short circuit and open circuit test.

However, functional testing cannot be carried out. Test-rack is required, and the testing cost is high.
